POWER SUPPLY
A power supply is an electrical device that takes power from a source, like a wall outlet, and converts it into the specific voltage, current, and frequency that an electronic device needs to operate safely and correctly. It acts as a bridge, ensuring that components receive the stable, regulated power required for their function. Power supplies can be external, such as a laptop charger, or internal, like the power supply unit (PSU) inside a desktop computer.
